"The dog walking service provided by E.R. Pet Services has proved to be invaluable. I have two relatively young dogs (18 and 8 months old) and they would not be happy to miss out on any of their walks – understandably so!

Occasionally I need to be out of the house for a full day and can arrange for Emma to come and walk them for me.

Emma has been very reliable and I have no doubts that my dogs are in good care. So I have peace of mind while I’m out and Charlie and Billie (pictured) still get to have a good walk."

"Since a change in my work circumstances, I worried about leaving my Labrador Charlie at home and struggled to get family, friends and neighbours to walk him regularly. I was so pleased when I found E.R. Pet Services. Emma visited me and met Charlie who loved her immediately - I think the pocket full of biscuits helped! We walked to the local park so Emma knew his routine and could continue this.

Now I don't have to worry when I'm away and am confident that Charlie is receiving the exercise and attention that he loves. I even get a text message to let me know that everything is ok or a call if Emma is concerned about anything and she has never let us down. The perfect service!"

"We are working professionals with very hectic schedules. We proudly own two 3.5 yr. old Jack Russell Terriers. We were worried about our dogs while we were at work. They are confined to the house until we return in the evening.

We contacted our friends who had dogs and they highly recommended Emma from ER Pet Services. We called and spoke to her. She was very confident and relaxed, professional and pleasant. She reassured us that our dogs would be in good hands.

We had her over for a brief meeting at which time she provided adequate references and insurance evidence assuring us that the dogs were well covered as well as our key.

She started the following Monday and we haven’t looked back since. It’s the best thing we could have done for our dogs! Emma comes into our home and takes the dogs out. She returns with them and towels them down if needed and feeds them. She makes sure they have an adequate cuddle and a play and she waits till they settle in for a well-deserved nap. She quietly leaves them and then texts us saying how the day’s walk went which is a very comforting service to provide.

We have noticed that our dogs are much more rested when we get home. They have adjusted to our absence quite well thanks to the professional care that ER Pet Services provides. Emma walks our dogs 2-3 times a week. Our dogs are the happiest they have been in a long time.

We would highly recommend Emma to any of our family, friends, or work colleagues.

The services are invaluable to pet owners like us.

“Emma has been invaluable to us in the months we have been using her services. She put a leaflet through our door just at the time we’d been looking for someone to walk our 2 labs so it was perfect service right from day 1. I rang her and she came straight round to talk me through the services she offers.

We have a 6 year old black lab, Cassie, and a 10 month old golden pup, Mack, who is at the height of his “naughty chewing” stage. As we don’t always work nearby to the house, we just let Emma know which days we need her to pop in and walk the dogs. She’s really flexible and always manages to fit in with our requirements. On the “bad” days when Mack had broken bottles or crockery, Emma has been good enough to clear up the breakages so the dogs didn’t cut their paws on the glass.

She keeps in touch with us and sends texts every few days to let us know everything’s ok. The dogs love Emma’s visits and seem to know when it’s time for her to come (at weekends they start looking at the door!). We couldn’t be happier with the service Emma provides, it’s a very personal and flexible arrangement and we would thoroughly recommend E.R. Pet Services.”

If I am at work for a longer period of time, Emma will let Willow out and play with her for me, which really helps and breaks the day up, and I can get on with my work without any worry.

"It’s very important to know that your pets are in safe hands when you can’t be there yourself. As busy nurses, we work long hours and irregular shifts. Finding Emma has been an absolute godsend, and Peg loves her too!

Peggy is very much part of the family and as such, we wouldn’t trust her to just anyone. On first meeting with Emma, she put us at ease and we felt assured in trusting our little girl to her. We can’t stress enough how comforting it is to receive a text update from Emma when she’s taken Peggy out, just telling us where she’s been and how she is.
